Colorado Christian University (CCU)
CCU is known as the only liberal arts and Protestant University in the Rocky Mountain region. CCU is located in Lakewood and offers programs suited to meet a variety of student needs including; undergraduate and graduate programs, adult degree completion and weekend programs. The University also operates off campus locations in Colorado Springs and Grand Junction as well as the Advanced Technology and Higher Education Center at Lowry.

The Colorado College (CC)
Known as a highly selective, undergraduate liberal arts college, classes are kept small to create a better learning environment and offer more individual attention. The teacher / student ratio is 1 to 12. Located in Colorado Springs, it is just a short drive from Denver but is primarily residential college.
Admission Criteria: Prospective students must have an impressive record to be viable candidates for admission. Enrollment is kept at a maximum of 1,900. The highest degree offered is a Bachelors.

Colorado State University (CSU)
Colorado State University is located in Fort Collins. It's main campus spans 833 acres. With a full range of instructional programs, CSU offers both Bachelors and Graduate level degrees. CSU also offers degrees as high as a Doctorate.

The University of Colorado (CU)
CU is the largest university in the state. It has three distinct and separate campuses with more than 45,000 students. While each campus is fully-accredited, they each have their own distinct academic and social flavor. Each campus is also known to have its own program strengths.

University of Northern Colorado UNC
UNC is situated o a 236-acre campus just south of downtown Greeley. It is know as a multi-purpose school offering a broad base of education in the liberal arts and sciences. UNC also offers an excellent core cirriculum for those interested in pre-professional and professional programs.

Fort Lewis College
Focusing primarily on liberal arts with an emphasis on career training, the campus overlooks the city of Durango. The highest degree offered is a Bachelors degree.

Regis University
Colorado's only Jesuit Catholic University, Regis offers undergraduate degree programs in liberal arts, business, education, sciences and one master's program for teachers,. The School for Professional Studies offers undergraduate, graduate, and certification programs for working adult students. Campus-free programs are available nationwide through independent study and televised learning. The school for Health Care Professions offers graduate and undergraduate programs for students interested in health care administration, nursing, medical imaging, and information management.

United States Air Force Academy (USAFA)
The elite military academy for the United States Air Force, graduates enter the Air Force as officers with Bachelors degrees. Various fields of study are available. Graduates enter the Air Force with a six year commitment. Students can study fields in; social sciences, engineering, humanities,and natural sciences. The school places equal emphasis on physical development as much as on educational development. The USAFA is located 15 miles north of Colorado Springs.

University of Denver
A private, mid-sized university which offers doctorates, and academic and professional programs. Located 8 miles southeast of downtown Denver, the college resides on an 125 acre campus. DU offers Doctorate degrees.

University of Southern Colorado (USC)
Based on the polytechnic style of learning, non-traditional and working students benefit at USC. Located in northeastern Pueblo on a 275 acre campus it offers degrees as high as a Masters.

Western State College WSC
As its name implies, Western State is located on the western side of the State in Gunnison, CO. WSC is a liberal arts and sciences college offering undergraduate educational opportunities for the non-traditional and working student.

The Colorado School of Mines (CSM)
Considered one of the top mineral engineering schools in the world, it's curriculum is educated to the fields of minerals, materials science, and energy. The 140 acre campus is located in central Golden, 20 minutes west of Denver. CSM offers Doctorate degrees.
Admission criteria; Stringent: top third of high school class, high SAT/ACT scores
Tuition: $140+/ Semester Hr.; $4,000 + Yr. Room and Board
Enrollment: 3,000+
