Let's face it, buying a home can be stressful. Not only is it the biggest purchase you may make in your lifetime, but you have to take a look at your goals, commitments and lifestyle. There are many reasons people buy homes, and the steps and strategies they should follow will vary accordingly. This section will help you to know all the things that you need to consider before actually looking for a home.
Utilizing Your Agent - House Hunting
In these sections you will learn why working with a Realtor is the quickest and easiest way to find your perfect home. Nearly all homes are listed with agents. As your Realtor I can help you identify and locate the neighborhood where you would like to live and provide you information on schools, shopping and other local amenities. Once we have identified how much you can afford and where you would like to live the fun really begins! At this stage I will show you the homes that you are interested in seeing, regardless of who they may be listed by. As a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker I can show you any home listed in the entire State of Colorado.
Making an offer
Once you have identified your dream home we will determine an appropriate price to offer the seller by looking at many factors. This section will tell you of the many factors you must take into consideration before writing a purchase offer. As your Realtor, I can provide you will information that will help you to make an informed and intelligent buying decisions.
Closing
This section deals with the closing. Once the inspections are complete, the appraisal is in, and your loan is approved you are ready for the big day; the closing. This is the day you have been looking forward to for a month or more. The closing will be held at a local title company, and you and the seller will sign what seems like a mountain of paperwork. As your Realtor, I will be there with you to answer any questions you may have.
Moving In
Finally the day has come for you to move into your new home! This section will give you tips on how to choose a good moving company and all the other miscellaneous items that must be thought of before moving into your new home.
